AN ACT appropriating funds to scotland county for the construction of a community center in the laurel hill area.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Scotland County the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2021‑2022 fiscal year to aid the county in constructing a community center in the Laurel Hill area.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
