S130: UNC Building Reserves/Certain Projects. Latest Version

AN ACT to appropriate funds for the University of north carolina building reserve for certain building Projects.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina the sum of two million three hundred fifty‑nine thousand one hundred fifty‑nine dollars ($2,359,159) in nonrecurring funds for the 2020‑2021 fiscal year for the Building Reserve to be allocated for the operation and maintenance of building projects as follows:
(1) Elizabeth City State University
Moore Hall $109,129
(2) UNC at Charlotte
Sciences Building $982,090
(3) UNC School of the Arts
Performance Place Renovation $42,901
(4) Western Carolina University
STEM Building $1,225,039
SECTION 2. The provisions of the State Budget Act, Chapter 143C of the General Statutes, are reenacted and shall remain in full force and effect and are incorporated in this act by reference.
SECTION 3. Except where expressly repealed or amended by this act, the provisions of legislation enacted during the 2019 Regular Session of the General Assembly or the 2021 Regular Session of the General Assembly expressly appropriating funds to an agency, a department, or an institution covered under this act for the 2020‑2021 fiscal year shall remain in effect.
SECTION 4. This act is effective when it becomes law.
