AN ACT to allow pitt county to use attachment and garnishment and lien for county‑contracted ambulance services supplemented by county funds.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 3 of S.L. 2014‑72 reads as rewritten:

SECTION 3.  This act applies to Union County and Pitt County only.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
