AN ACT to appropriate funds to the women of the shoaH to create a holocaust memorial MONUMENT in the city of greensboro.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Women/Shoah‑Jewish Placemaking (Women of the Shoah), a nonprofit organization, the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2021‑2022 fiscal year to create a Holocaust memorial monument in the City of Greensboro.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
