AN ACT to appropriate funds to assist hoke county with constructing a new courthouse.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Hoke County the sum of five million dollars ($5,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2021‑2022 fiscal year to assist the county in constructing a new courthouse.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2021.
