SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 2

 

 

A JOINT RESOLUTION adjourning the 2021 regular session of the general assembly to a date certain, as provided by law.

 

Whereas, G.S. 120‑11.1 provides for the 2021 Regular Session of the General Assembly to convene at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, and on that day meet solely to elect officers, adopt rules, and otherwise organize the session and provides that, when they adjourn that day, they stand adjourned until 12:00 noon on Wednesday, January 27, 2021; Now, therefore,

 

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

 

SECTION 1.  When the Senate and the House of Representatives adjourn on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, they stand adjourned to reconvene on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at 12:00 noon.

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.
