AN ACT to appropriate funds to the town of cornelius for community redevelopment in low‑ to moderate‑income neighborhoods.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Commerce (Budget Code 14600) the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for a directed grant to the Town of Cornelius for community redevelopment in low‑ to moderate‑income neighborhoods.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2020.
