AN ACT TO REPEAL A PROVISION OF THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF STEDMAN CONCERNING SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 8 of Chapter 67 of the Private Laws of 1913 is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
