SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 774
A JOINT RESOLUTION providing for the confirmation of stephanie lynch to the north carolina investment authority board of directors.
Whereas, under the provisions of G.S. 147‑71.1, appointments by the State Treasurer to the North Carolina Investment Authority Board of Directors are subject to confirmation by the General Assembly by joint resolution; and
Whereas, the State Treasurer wishes to appoint Stephanie Lynch to the North Carolina Investment Authority Board of Directors; Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:
SECTION 1. The appointment of Stephanie Lynch to the North Carolina Investment Authority Board of Directors for a term that began on July 1, 2025, and expires June 30, 2028, is confirmed.
SECTION 2. This resolution is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 24th day of September, 2025.
