AN ACT to eliminate the statutory trigger for discontinuation of coverage for the medicaid expansion population IF THE FEDERAL MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PERCENTAGE FALLS BELOW ninety percent.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  G.S. 108A‑54.3C is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
