A SENATE RESOLUTION CONFIRMING Dr. Devdutta Sangvai as secretary of the department of Health and Human Services.
Be it resolved by the Senate:
SECTION 1. Having given due consideration to the matter, the Senate confirms Dr. Devdutta Sangvai as Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services.
SECTION 2. This resolution is effective upon adoption.
