AN ACT to make redistricting documents public records by enacting the Hold All Legislators Liable (H.A.L.L.) Accountability Act.



The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:



SECTION 1.  Section 27.7(d) of S.L. 2023‑134 is repealed.



SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
