AN ACT to repeal limitations on auxiliary containers.



The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:



SECTION 1.  G.S. 153A‑145.12 and G.S. 160A‑205.7 are repealed.



SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
