AN ACT to allow stanly community college to operate a culinary program at a site that is not located on the main campus of stanly community college.



The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:



SECTION 1.  Section 9.15 of S.L. 2017‑57 is repealed.



SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
