SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 918
A JOINT RESOLUTION providing for the confirmation of Adam Lockhart Taylor to the Board of Review.
Whereas, the provisions of G.S. 96‑15.3(c) require appointments of the Governor to the Board of Review to be confirmed by the General Assembly by joint resolution; and
Whereas, the Governor wishes to appoint Adam Lockhart Taylor to the Board of Review as the member representing employers; Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:
SECTION 1. The appointment of Adam Lockhart Taylor of Wake County to membership on the Board of Review as the member representing employers for a term beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2028, is confirmed.
SECTION 2. This resolution is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 11th day of September, 2024.
