AN ACT extending the boundaries of cleveland county water to include the town of fallston.



The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:



SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding Article 2 of Chapter 130A of the General Statutes or any other provision of the General Statutes to the contrary, the sanitary district boundaries of Cleveland County Water are hereby extended to include the corporate boundaries of the Town of Fallston.



SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
