AN ACT to provide funds to the city of greensboro for its tennis court resurface project.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State Budget and Management the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2024‑2025 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to the City of Greensboro to resurface tennis courts in City Council Districts 1 and 2.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2024.
