AN ACT to appropriate funds to the town of harrisburg for the construction of a new passenger rail station.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State Budget and Management the sum of nine million two hundred thousand dollars ($9,200,000) for the 2024‑2025 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to the Town of Harrisburg for the construction of a new passenger rail station.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2024.
