AN ACT to appropriate funds for the North Transylvania Fire Department Emergency Signal.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. Of the funds appropriated from the Highway Fund to the Department of Transportation for the 2024‑2025 fiscal year, the sum of seventy‑two thousand dollars ($72,000) in nonrecurring funds shall be used for the installation of the North Transylvania Fire Department Emergency Signal.
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2024.
