AN ACT to appropriate funds to the north CAROLINA association of free and CHARITABLE clinics to aid the alliance MEDICAL MINISTRY and urban ministries open door CLINICS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State Budget and Management the sum of one hundred thousand eight hundred ninety‑six dollars ($100,896) in nonrecurring funds for the 2024‑2025 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to the North Carolina Association of Free and Charitable Clinics, Inc., a nonprofit organization, to support the salary of one nurse practitioner at both the Alliance Medical Ministry and Urban Ministries Open Door Clinics, which provide healthcare to uninsured residents of Wake County.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2024.
