AN ACT to appropriate funds to the city of fayetteville for city corridor improvements and beautification.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the City of Fayetteville the sum of two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2023‑2024 fiscal year to be used for city corridor improvements and city beautification.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective July 1, 2023.
