• Bans ranked choice voting statewide.

• Provides NCSBE with exempt partisan appointees.

• Requires photo ID from overseas and military voters when submitting ballots - only military ID, passport, and NC driver’s license.

• Prohibits U.S. citizens from NC who have only ever lived overseas but whose parents are North Carolina voters from voting in state or federal elections.

• Requires that the votes of voters who vote before Election Day but pass away before 6:30am on Election Day be thrown out.

• Allows NCSBE to hire private counsel.

Allows concealed carry without a permit.
